Here it’s not about coming in, browsing properties and spending hours
looking at the same houses that appear on hundreds of real estate websites,
with the same approach and the same noise.
That does NOT help you make better decisions.
What DOES help is my experience as an architect, builder, developer
and real estate advisor specialised in investments
and the luxury market in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
After that, if we’re a good fit, we work together.
And if I can’t help you, I’ll also tell you with total honesty.
I work with clients who have a clear investment range. If that’s not your case yet, we start there: putting real numbers on the table and assessing whether your approach is viable.
I do not work with searches without real intention. Your time and mine are far too valuable to “just look around”.
My work starts before visiting a property. It begins the moment you and I speak, analyze the situation and define the path forward. If you don’t respect the process, it’s better to work with someone else.
If I can help you, I will tell you. And if I can’t, or what you’re proposing doesn’t make sense, I’ll also tell you with total honesty.

Viewing properties without prior criteria only leads to confusion and poor decisions.
Not just the price.
We analyze location, product, context, risks, future exit, and alignment with your objective.
Many deals fail not because they’re expensive, but because they don’t make sense.
Rushed decisions.
Pressure-driven purchases.
Deals that “look good” but hide medium-term problems.
My job is to detect mistakes before they become expensive.
I’ll tell you.
Even if that means not closing any deal.
