I work with clients who have a clear investment range. If that’s not your case yet, we start there: putting real numbers on the table and assessing whether your approach is viable.

I do not work with searches without real intention. Your time and mine are far too valuable to “just look around”.

Respect and involvement in the process

My work starts before visiting a property. It begins the moment you and I speak, analyze the situation and define the path forward. If you don’t respect the process, it’s better to work with someone else.

If I can help you, I will tell you. And if I can’t, or what you’re proposing doesn’t make sense, I’ll also tell you with total honesty.
