As your Project Manager, I act as your single point of contact and representative throughout the entire process. I coordinate every professional involved, monitor the progress of the project, and keep you informed so you can make confident decisions—even if you’re not on site.
I don’t replace the architect, the technical architect, or the contractor. My role is to ensure that everyone works together efficiently while protecting your interests and keeping the project moving forward.

Preparation and coordination of all the documentation required to obtain permits, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure every technical discipline is fully coordinated before construction begins.
